Jorge P. Gutierrez Jr. is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney who has litigated claims throughout Florida in the areas of serious personal injury, premises & products liability, wrongful death, nursing home and medical malpractice. He also has commercial litigation experience in matters related to healthcare. In addition, he has handled arbitration disputes before the American Arbitration Association as well as the American Health Lawyers Association. Gutierrez is also a member of the Colorado Bar and admitted to practice law throughout Colorado.

Gutierrez is a member of the Florida & Colorado Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in all Florida and Colorado state courts.
